Concept
- +$50
- Want to shoot but don't have any ideas for a concept? I can come to set with ideas and a vision for the shoot. This will include props and costume, as well as creative direction.
Make-Up
- +$50
- Specify the make-up look you would like me to wear and I will bring it to life. I am talented with character make-up, cosplay, and SFX. This is a great way to get creative with your shoot.

POLICIES AND procedures

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
- Once a portrait session has been performed, your session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skills invested by Sarah V Villafañe Photography up to and through that point.
- We require full payment for prints and products at the end of your session (via cash, check, or credit). No order will be designed or submitted until paid in full.Online galleries, blog posts and social media sneak peeks will not be posted until all payments are made.
TARDINESS
- If you arrive late to a session in will result in the loss of time to get the best images possible. If you are more than 45 minutes late, you are counted as a "no call no show" and forfeit your deposit and session fees.
No Call No Show Policy
- If you miss your scheduled session with no notice, you will be considered a no call no show. In this instance, you forfeit both your deposit and the session fee for the time and skills invested by Sarah V Villafañe Photography.

Sarah V Villafañe Photography reserves the right to reschedule any session or projection meeting due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, we will refund your paid session fee.
Clients reserve the right to reschedule any portrait session or projection meeting with one week PRIOR notice to the photographer, at no additional fee. You are allowed to reschedule this way only once. Any additional rescheduling will incur additional fees.
If you prefer to cancel your session, instead of rescheduling at least one week prior, you may pay a cancellation fee of $50.
Rescheduling or canceling of your session’s date within 72 hours may incur additional fees and you will not receive a refund of your sitting fee or deposit.
